Bookings, Pricing & Payments
A reservation is confirmed upon our acceptance and receipt of a 50% deposit of the meal cost after your details are finalized (date, party size, venue, menu/service). Quotes specify inclusions (tax/service/travel). Prices may adjust for market availability or changes in party/venue. Balance is due by the service date (prior to service start), unless otherwise agreed. Third-party payment fees (e.g., Square) may apply.
Service Delivery, Venue & Cancellations
We handle shopping, prep, cooking, service, and clean-up per the confirmed menu/schedule/staffing. You must ensure venue permissions and suitable kitchen/power/workspace/parking. Allergies/dietary needs require prior notice; complete separation in a shared kitchen cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation policy: 0% fee if canceled up to 14 days before; 50% if canceled between 3–14 days before; 100% if canceled within 72 hours. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur price differences/actual costs. Refunds (if any) are processed to the original payment method.
Liability, Force Majeure & Governing Law
Liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages up to the total fees paid, to the extent permitted by law; indirect/consequential losses are excluded. We may make minor substitutions (e.g., equivalent ingredients, staff reassignment, timing tweaks) with notice. We are not liable for delays/non-performance due to force majeure (weather, disasters, transport disruption, power outages, official orders). These terms are governed by Japanese law; disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of 〔Sapporo District Court〕. If in conflict, written specific terms (quote/invoice/confirmation) prevail.
